Free Consultation
Phone or video call held for 15 to 20 minutes to learn about the process of initiating services and establishing potential treatment goals.
Referrals are provided as needed.

Assessment
A diagnostic assessment is a clinical interview completed in 90 minutes with adults or 120 minutes with children/adolescents and their families
A feedback session is held approximately one week later for 45 minutes during which diagnostic clarity and treatment recommendations are provided.

Therapy (CBT)
Sessions are typically held for 45 minutes weekly. An individualized, strength-based approach is used to collaboratively establish treatment goals.
Regular consultation with other providers ensures quality and continuity of care across multiple settings.

Executive Functioning Coaching
Weekly coaching helps individuals meet short-term goals and address obstacles interfering with success, including procrastination and time management issues.

Parent Training
Intensive weekly parent sessions (60 minutes) are available to help parents manage disruptive behaviors at home and improve their relationship with their child(ren).

Skills & Support Groups
Weekly groups fostering skill development, accountability, and support .
