Services Offered

Phone / Video Consultation

 

  • Free phone or video call with Dr. Powers for 15 to 20 minutes to learn about the process of initiating services

  • Referrals provided as needed

Diagnostic Evaluation & Feedback

 

  • The intake evaluation is a clinical interview completed in 90 minutes with adults and 120 minutes with children/adolescents and their families

  • A feedback session is held approximately one week following the evaluation for 45 to 50 minutes during which diagnostic clarity and treatment recommendations are provided

Therapy, Coaching, & Ongoing Collaboration

 

  • Weekly CBT or coaching sessions for 45 to 50 minutes

  • Individualized, strength-based approach to collaboratively establish treatment goals

  • Dr. Powers regularly collaborates with other professionals to ensure quality of care across multiple settings
